Certification
Forty Hall Vineyard will be checked and certified as organic by the Soil Association and as biodynamic by the Demeter Association. Standards are rigorously maintained by these organisations and only fully certified wines will be able to display their symbols. Certification gives the consumer confidence that no chemical fertilizers, synthetic pesticides or herbicides have been used on the vines.
